Merry Christmas To ALL

Eric went and got a beautiful real tree that we finally decorated. Kevin was nice enough to take a family photo of us in front of it. And I wanted to share it with you along with these few words.

I hope that the Lord blesses you and your family and keeps you all safe. I want you all to remeber at this time that Christmas is not about gifts or how many we get it is about the birth of Jesus and the begginning of our saviours life and our eternal life. Please enjoy this time with your families and know that you will be in our prayers as I hope we are in yours. Glod Bless you each and every one.

Christmas Parties and Santa

My staff Christmas Party was on Friday at the Gymnastics club and here are some photos.

Luke with Santa.

Nolan and me with Santa. Nolan did not want to be there. He even told me that he didn't want to see santa because he didn't want a present.

Luke on the rings.

Nolan hung there for about 5 minutes he loved the rings.

Nolan and I where jumping on the Trampoline.

Then we jumped off. And I did a face plant. It was so much fun.

Luke was jumping on the trampoline as well. One of the instructors was helping them do flips.

Sledding

Eric and Kevin were busy last week while Kevin was here from Regina and this is one of thier projects. They shovelled all of the snow off of our deck and created a toboggan hill into the area out back. So I thought I would share some of them.

This one is Luke.

Kevin going head first.

Eric taking Nolan for a ride.

All of the boys hard at play.

Coming Home

Well it is my last day and night in Ottawa and I had a wonderful time. I went to May & Michel's last night for dinner and the whole clan was there. It was like coming home. I love spending time with all of them and had a nice evening. We ate and visited like any other time I had been there. You wouldn't have thought it had been almost 5 years since I had seen them. The banter was the same and the easy goingness was the same. I miss that a lot. There is nothing like going to visit friends and just enjoy each other. There is no need for words just a comfortable peace.

The weather has turned nasty here in Ottawa. It has been rain/snowing all day. Flights are delayed or cancelled. The wind is blowing to 31km and is gusting to 41. and there is a freezing rain warning in effect. I am glad I made the decision to stay until tomorrow when I booked my flight. I won't be as rushed as the storm is supposed to pass tonite. Pray for the other students travelling that they all arrive safely and don't have to deal with too many delays.

I miss and love you all.
