Happy Mother's Day

I just wanted to share with you all today the wonderful gift Luke gave me for Mother's Day. He made it at school. I am amazed at where the teachers come up with it all. So here goes.
The top part has a paper plate with an imprint of his hand in green paint. And the bottom reads:

I miss you when we're no togehter
I'm growing up so fast
See how big I have gotten
Since you saw me last?
As I grow, I'll change a lot,
The years will fly right by.
You'll wonder how I grew so quick
When and where and why?
So look upon this hand print
That's hanging on your wall.
And memories will come back of me,
When I was very small.

Love Luke

Well do I need to tell you but I balled like a baby. Luke was wondering why I was crying. I love my kids with all my heart and it is moments like this that bring everything back.

So to all the mothers that read this Happy Mother's Day. I hope it brings fond memories back to you as well.

Summer Exercise Regement

Well I have started my summer exercise regement that includes going to the pool for Aquafit once or twice a week and walking to work when Eric is off and hopefully playing ball.
I am enjoying the Aquafit. I have been going with some ladies from church and we are really having fun with it. If you want to join us let me know. We have been trying to go on Mondays and Wednesdays.
I am enjoying my walks to work as well it gives me time to think and spend time with God which is always important.
I will hopeflly be playing ball with a group from Eric's work. But am not sure if they ended up finding enough people. Time will only tell.
I hope everyone has a great week.

New Job

I am so excited I got the call yesterday. DIAND has offered me a permenant position starting on Monday as a Finance clerk. I can't believe after all the jobs I have applied on that I found one with the Federal Government. I am walking on a cloud.

Praise God. He is so awesome. I knew he had a plan for me. I just had to wait for him to show it to me.
